Quality

GRACESA is a company specialising in the processing of meat by-products. Recognising the importance of providing its customers with products of the highest quality that are safe to consume, it has chosen to implement and maintain a Food Safety Management System, which will contribute to the establishment and development of a process of continuous improvement.

Focused on ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers, we are committed to rigorously complying with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those mutually agreed upon in relation to food safety. However, we are not content with merely complying; we seek to constantly improve the performance of our processes, exceed expectations and position ourselves as leaders in our sector.

To this end, GRACESA is committed to achieving the following 12 points:

  1. To fully satisfy our customers by meeting—and, where possible, anticipating—their requirements, needs and expectations.
  2. To promote continuous improvement and efficiency within the Food Safety Management System and its processes, ensuring it remains aligned with the company’s operational reality and guaranteeing safe products.
  3. To constantly improve the effectiveness of procedures, in order to achieve greater competitiveness, profitability and market presence.
  4. To offer our customers personalised, comprehensive and humanised service.
  5. To maintain open communication, effectively conveying food safety-related issues to suppliers, customers and relevant stakeholders in the food chain.
  6. To grow and progress as a sustainable company, committed to improving our social and environmental impact on our surroundings.
  7. To establish and regularly review objectives and targets, in line with the commitments set out in this statement. The support of both the management team and the workforce is essential for the effective implementation of these principles.
  8. Maintain the premises in a hygienic and food-safe condition, in accordance with regulations.
  9. Train and raise awareness among staff, ensuring the correct performance of all activities, particularly in food handling, and promoting Good Food Safety Practices.
  10. To demonstrate compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements regarding food safety, as well as with the regulations in force applicable to our activities, products and services.
  11. To ensure that our products comply with our stated quality and food safety policy, and to demonstrate such compliance to interested parties.
  12. To communicate this policy to all employees and to interested parties who request it.
